TOMMY HILFIGER - TOMMY JEANS
Hard Facts:
Anyone who’s been to Alexanderplatz knows Diercksenstraße. The S-Bahn runs overhead, brick arches line both sides, graffiti covers every available surface, and there’s constant activity. It’s right here that we created a mural for Tommy Hilfiger that blends perfectly into the urban landscape.
The artwork featuring Gaius Okami uses the striking architecture of Berlin’s light rail system as a backdrop and becomes part of the daily hustle and bustle of the city. While trains roll by to the east and west above, thousands of passersby walk past the mural below. It’s not a sterile advertising space or a glossy showroom—but a piece of art placed exactly where Berlin looks most like Berlin.
For us, it’s exactly these kinds of places that make our murals so exciting: visible, authentic, and inextricably linked to the city. 🚆🏙️
