For the “Like my Heimat” campaign of the Saxon beer giant Radeberger, we conjured up the motifs designed by the urban art duo Capstan & Tulip on four facades in the major East German cities of Dresden, Rostock, Erfurt and Magdeburg.

The Radeberger community was able to submit their mural motif ideas in advance on the specially created website likemyheimat.de. The suggestions were collected and then adapted by the two artists in their own individual style. For example, the Quarkkeulchen suggestion became a motif with a broiler leg and a Qua(r)k frog on it. “Home becomes art, so to speak, and little by little the first Radeberger Heimatgalerie” says Jana Kreuziger from the Radeberger Exportbierbrauerei.
