HANDPAINTED MURAL

Two walls. One corner. And thousands of cars passing by every hour.
For Munich’s S-Bahn, we created a truly eye-catching mural on Tegernseer Landstraße that spans a corner facade that’s quite unique in Germany. Instead of a traditional, large-scale front surface, the artwork connects two sides of the building, making the architecture itself part of the design.
Amidst scaffolding, brushes, and gallons of paint, an eye-catching piece of art emerged bit by bit in the midst of Munich’s constant traffic.

And all this on one of Munich’s busiest streets. Here, the completed S-Bahn München mural brings color, typography, and bold illustrations to an absolutely extraordinary corner facade. The combination of hand-painted design, floral elements, and clear messages ensures that the artwork works from nearly every angle—whether viewed from a car, from the gas station across the street, or on foot. Especially in the evening light, the mural truly comes into its own, becoming a true landmark in the heart of Munich.
