NETFLIX - ASTERIX & OBELIX

Sometimes a “simple” mural is just not enough to astonish fans young and old of one of the world’s most popular comic adaptations. This time, we created a whole world of experiences – right in the middle of one of Leipzig’s most popular streets. What at first glance looks like a giant comic book cover transforms into a walk-in adventure that dominates the “Karli.”
Asterix gives the Romans a punch, Obelix and Idefix welcome visitors as larger-than-life figures they can touch, while photo spots and interactive elements invite them to become part of the story themselves. A push on one of the Roman shields sets in motion a mechanism that was specially developed for this wall and, with Asterix's help, literally beats the life out of the Roman.
Once visitors had hammered the Roman shield hard enough to send the Roman flying to the top, it was time for a little treat. All participants received a handwritten certificate as a lasting souvenir and had the chance to draw a ticket to win a special edition of the latest Asterix comic. Multiple entries were explicitly encouraged. *wink*
Thanks to the interaction with visitors and real action, the mural became an experience that will remain in people's memories for a long time to come.
